the contrast of cold & heat

The Technology

The fire & ice facial takes advantage of the synergies of localized cryotherapy and red light therapy.

The cold from localized cryotherapy drives blood from the skin through vasoconstriction.  It helps reduce any puffiness and inflammation.

Then the contrasting red light adds a gentle warmth that bring vital nutrients back to the skin while supporting the cellular health of the skin.

This complimentary pairing delivers fresh blood with vital nutrients to support cellular function, increase collagen production, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

What to expect

The FIRE & ICE facial is a rejuvenating combo of refreshing and tightening cold with soothing heat applied to naturally enhance blood flow and stimulate the skin health on a cellular level.

First staff member will apply the localized cryotherapy while monitoring the skin temperature.  During this  7-10 minutes you’ll experience a reduction of puffiness, swelling and tighten the skin.

In the second step contrasting red and infrared light will be applied just above the skin for 10 minutes.

During the treatment you’ll also wear an Apollo Neuro tuning device on our wrist to help induce a state of calm & relaxation.
